Oh...About Normal Guy...

With all of the weekend's excitement I completely forgot to e-mail him back!!!! So I've just done that now.

He seems to be very into hiking and biking and camping and such. Unfortunately, I really don't like that type of thing. I mean, I can do it if necessary (minus the camping) but would rather not.

Hmmm...perhaps I will just drop that bomb the first time I meet him so that he gets the picture right away? I mean I have no problem with him going hiking and biking and such. That's what friends are for :) I will be more than happy to be waiting on the front porch with a pitcher of ice cold lemonade and some little cucumber sandwiches for the guys to enjoy after they have exerted themselves on their hike/bike ride or whatever. See...doesn't that sound like it would work marvelously?

AAGIL - I can always count on you to keep me in line :) Yes, beer and chicken wings are probably much more appropriate, but you get the idea. hahahah

haha, I was thinking the same thing -- cucumber sandwiches aren't excatly what a starving boy would want but the thought is great!

I concur. It's important for couples to have separate interests. It gives you something to talk about when you are together!

Frankly, I'm surprised that guys want their girl to hike/bike with them. Doesn't smelling her BO kind of kill the mystery?

Just pretend you love to camp and bike and get attacked by mosquitos. Let him fall in love first before you break the news :)

Haha..the cucumber sandwiches comment was way too cute!! I'll be your friend...can you make me the aforementioned sandwiches and iced tea?

Can't wait to hear if you hear back from him.

I'm not too outdoorsy either but I married a man that is. It works! xo
