5 Things I Can't Live Without - Tag!

The City Boy from Life Through Preppy Glasses tagged me to list 5 Things I Can't Live Without.

I started typing away and listed my #1 as Louis.  And then I stopped.  Because I had a realization.  A realization that one day I WILL have to live without him.  And I couldn't bare to think about it.  So I decided to not answer this with serious, deep answers...but more with fun (although truthful) answers.  I hope that is okay :)

So here it goes...in no particular order.  Each of these is equally vital to my existence.

#1 - Diet Coke

I probably drink somewhere in the vicinity of 10 Diet Cokes per day.  Yes, I am aware this is not a good thing.  Yes, I am aware that my liver is having to work overtime to process all of the aspartame involved in this situation.  No, I apparently do not care.

#2 - Aquaphor

I know everyone has their favorite lotions and potions.  And I have mine too.  I like a certain body lotion, and I'm a firm believer that this certain type/brand is the best.  BUT...if push came to shove, I could probably find another that I could tolerate.  Not the case with Aquaphor!  It makes my hands and my feet and my elbows and my heels, and every other such place that can get dry in the winter, feel smooth and soft and lovely.  I even have the "travel size" in my purse.  I just can't leave home without it!

#3 - My Visa

I really can't fathom how we ever were expected to have CASH with us at all times.  Seriously?  Who has time to go to a bank?  Or to stop at an ATM?  And if it isn't MY ATM, I've got to pay everybody involved $3.00?  I don't think so.  I'll just use MY VISA and call it a day. It's just so much easier.

#4 - My Blackberry

I cannot live without my Blackberry.  True fact.  I was tested in this area just a few short weeks ago.  I died.  I literally DIED!  It was like I was a cave woman or something.  Here I was, desperately attempting to communicate with my loves, via text, and I was all "tap, tap, tap...for the letter g".  What?!?!?  I don't even remember when qwerty keyboards didn't exist.  Was I even born yet?  Anyway, it was ridiculous.  And I couldn't even see who had commented on my blog while standing in line at the Kroger!  EGADS.  Anyway, I can't live without it. It's been proven.

#5 - My Blog

Yes, yes I know that sounds cheesy.  But it's true.  Who else would I tell all of my little stories to?  My peeps here IRL don't care to hear them (just kidding peeps IRL!  i know you ADORE my stories :)  But seriously.  My online journal of my life is such an outlet.  Even if I don't ask a serious question , or write about anything near and dear to my heart...it's like a daily exercise that clears my mind.  I simply adore the process.  And all of you!!  I would never have met you without Desperately Seeking Seersucker, and THAT just wouldn't do!  So you see...without my blog my life would be terribly "blah".

Okie dokie.  That's it.  5 things I can't live without.

What are your 5 things?

xoxo,
T

I have very similar things, except for the coke, I changed to iced tea.
I would love to have a Blackberry, but the hubs doesn't think it is a must for me.
Have a great weekend! It's ladies weekend for me. Moms, daughters, daughter in laws, sister in laws and cousins. We go away one weekend a year to catch up.

I'm with you on the Diet Coke, Visa and blog. Iphone instead of blackberry but mainly because I have apparently gotten off the technology train and can't figure out how to use any other phone. Aveeno lotion for body, La Source Hand Therapy for hands and feet.

Love that lotion. My mom swears by it too so I use hers when I'm home home. I need to get my own probably!

I love Aquafor too! It has seriously changed my life (and I feel like such a dweeb saying that about lotion).

Love it! and I'm not going to lecture on the diet coke. ;)
Funny you mentioned aquaphor- I bought it for first time last week at doctor's advice...thinking it was a more expensive form of vaseline. Not AT ALL! Love it. Great on face too for winter, and no breakouts! Do share some more of your favorites sometime...you certainly know good stuff!

My five are really quite similar, except perhaps not the diet coke (I'm more of a water in my nalgene sort of girl.)
