Fat Tuesday Was NOT My Friend :(

I woke up this morning and found this combo on my kitchen table:

I don't remember having a mask last night?  That is never a good sign.

I've had TWO Smart Ones breakfast sandwiches and ONE Smart Ones lunch already.  I need some fat and grease to make myself feel better.  I think all I'm getting is an overdose of sodium from these things.

But it was all worth it :)

Yes, you read me correctly.

Last night was worth feeling like poo today.

We all gathered in the basement wine cellar of a nice restaurant downtown.  They had a table set up for all of us from my Wine Group:

(me, Babbo Natale & Barbie)

This was a wine & food pairing dinner, so while the chef was upstairs in the kitchen the sommelier was in the wine cellar teaching us about the wines we would be enjoying:

Unfortunately, we enjoyed so many tasty wines that we neglected to take any photos of our food.  With the exception of this yummy dessert:

All of the girls gathered for a "family" photo:

We decided to get silly here:

And then the magic happened:

(WIMP, BFF & me)

(i cannot begin to explain this.  so, i will not attempt to do so)

Somewhere in that montage of photos from last night lies the answer to the way I am feeling today.  Hmmm...wonder what that is...

I also wanted to share with you the ring that I purchased from Kate Spade.  The ring that YOU were going to have the chance to win.  BUT...once I realized I wouldn't have a clue what size to order for YOU, I bought one for ME :)

Anyway, it is the "Pave the Way" Black Diamond ring.  Here it is:

Check out this super cool video of it!

That's about it for today folks.  Tonight is Bunco!  I will more than likely be drinking Diet Coke at Bunco tonight.  Tomorrow night is the Membership Drive for Smalltown, VA's #1 Young Professionals Organization.  Friday is Game Night at Barbie's house.  And Saturday is Smalltown, VA's HUGE St. Paddy's Day Celebration

I'm really looking forward to Sunday :)

So fun. Those are the best nights. Even if you don't remember you have photographic evidence.

PS - Love seeing your pretty face :)

You are hilarious. Sooooo as long as it was worth it, it's totally fine. Let's just say I'm the same way - junk food is a must the day after so then I end up feeling double as guilty - too many calories drink, too many calories the next day. Ahhh, never ending cycle! But the "memories" are SO worth it! Haha!
