My dress is with the seamstress. It will be ready Friday evening. Fingers crossed!
I seriously have like 500 things to tell you, and I'm keeping a running list. For now, let's talk about Louis :)
Louis is allowed to go out the side door of my house to potty "real quick like". He is NOT allowed to walk up the driveway any further than the front of my car. He knows this. And he loves to push the limit:
He kept marching back and forth last night, and looking up at me as if to say "see mummy, i've not gone past your car". Then he would walk back in the opposite direction. I got so tickled I had to take a picture :)
I've also taken a video of Louis playing with one of his Christmas gifts. I remember when I was small, my mother would remark how much it amazed her that the fancy pants, expensive gifts were my least favorite. Easter baskets filled with Godiva chocolates? No thanks. I'll have some peeps please :) My pup is the same way. Expensive toys, fancy treats....and his absolute favorite toy is a cheap "this may be cute" toy I bought from ABC Distributing. Are you familiar?

I thought it looked silly. I thought about buying one for each of Louis' puppy friends. I decided I'd order one for Louis first, and if he liked it I would order more. Apparently they were this year's hot ticket item, as they are sold out and have been for a while :(
It sings "Who Let the Dogs Out". Over and over and over and over and over. You can understand my dismay. But he loves it. He loves it to pieces. It is actually coming apart. In pieces. But for now it is his best friend.
Here, let me show you how much Louis enjoys his:
