I came into work this morning and sat in my office chair. I reached over to get something out of my purse that was sitting on the floor beside me, and....
My chair flipped over, I hit the floor, and my chair landed on top of me.
Now I have a swollen finger.
This is not starting out to be a great day. Do you think God is trying to tell me that he isn't pleased that I've decided to become self centered, and not volunteer anymore? Hmmm....

Might just be a case of the Mondays.
Don't feel badly about scaling back the volunteer efforts. There's nothing wrong with taking some time for yourself!

I wouldn't mess with the Big Guy. If you haven't read my post today (which you have a job and a life so I'll assume you haven't), Jesus is pissed at me and I have food poisoning and MB texting me asking about "any news of the job front" which only makes me feel sicker and cry harder.
I hope MFC took a picture and is posting it on her blog!!!
I would say that, more than He is mad about you not volunteering, He is encouraging you to not be at work. At least, that's the way I see it.
Oh no! Maybe He was just telling you to go home for the day...
You know it could be that Louis just misses him mommy while she's working so he had someone rig your chair to do that so you could go home and spend time with him :)
