Unfortunately, those chapters HAVE been published. And depending on who was around during those chapters in our lives, we may be reminded of them more often than we would like. I love this statement that I found on a blog recently: "you can't talk yourself out of what you've behaved yourself into". How true! (ps..if i found this on your blog please let me know! i want to give credit for it)
The lovely thing about life, and book chapters, is that each chapter starts fresh. When you turn the page that takes you from chapter 4 to chapter 5 so much can change. Agreed? You can be transported to another time. You can be transported to another part of the world. You can go forward, or backwards or even stay right where you were before.
Life is like that I believe. I think that people can change the course of their lives with the turn of a page. For some people it is easier than others. And for some people I think that change is a good thing. A necessary thing. Something that must happen in order for them to be successful and happy. Other times people change in a way that hurts those who love them. And that's no good at all.
"But, there comes a time in life when you walk away from all the drama, and the people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh, forget the bad, and focus on the good. So, love the people who treat you right and pray for the ones who don't. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is part of LIFE. Getting back up is LIVING!"

I loved this post! I loved the last phrase especially. This is so true. Why? Why? Why, do some people thrive on drama? Life is too short to be unhappy. They always look for the worst thing to participate in. They insist on pulling people into their little drama! I have seen this happen in person, and it is not fun dealing with this kind of person!
Look for happy people that can fun to be with. Life will be so much easier.

So very true. You know from my own blog that I've been dealing with this in my own life and I have to say that change is liberating once you actually DO it.
Such an inspiration today :) Love that quote.
Is this your cryptic way of preparing for a blog confession soon? :-)
Great post! :)
excellent post and I couldn't agree more. Love that last paragraph
:)
Totally love this. I feel ya.
I love that behavior quote - it perfectly describes a situation I encountered this week. Actually I really love this whole post because it's the kind of kick-in-the-pants reminder I need.
I'm catching up on DSS and I love this post, especially that last quote.
