Westie Wednesday - Apparently We Aren't the Only Ones!

(photo credit to the person at the bottom left of this photo that i clearly hijacked this image from.  but it looks like Louis.  so i'm pretending that it is.)

Are you familiar with Scottish Terrier and Dog News?  I follow this blog because I have been contemplating adding a Scottie to our family.  A sibling for Louis.  Wouldn't that be presh?  A Scottie and a Westie :)

Anyway, I've noticed this for a while, but haven't said anything.  Because I had the idea first.  I'm pretty sure.  They do a Westie Wednesday.  Clearly I should have trademarked it.  (Just kidding. Kindove)  Well, today they win the prize.  They posted the SILLIEST vid about a little westie being walked by a golden retriever.  It's worth a watch.  Even though it isn't Louis.  Promise:

Now, back to the pup of the hour.

Here is pic of Louis from our cooking class 2 weeks ago.

Doesn't he look like a scaredy pups?  That gnome had him on edge.  He wasn't sure what to think of it.  Was it a person?  Was it a pup?  Was it a toy?  He couldn't decide.

Then, here is a picture of sweet little sicky poo from Saturday:

It was so hard to watch him flopping around all evening.  He just couldn't get comfortable :(  Thank heavens a bit of chicken and rice got him feeling tops again!  Sunday he was 85% back to normal.

How do I know that, you ask?  Well, I'll tell you!  Because he was back to posing for his "Lord of the Manor" pictures.  He loves these pictures.  When I say "Who is the Lord of the Manor Louis?" he runs to his spot.  And I photograph him.  (disclaimer: i may have completely made that up, but then again...i may not have.  you decide.)

(yes, that is a Christmas stocking you see hanging from the hearth.  no, i have not un-decorated yet.  for shame!)

Westie Licks,

T & Louis

I am going to post a picture of Jake on my blog. He was just at the beauty polor and he looks naked! I told them I wanted him short, but now he will be cold for sure!

I love that video - I've had one of those days and really needed a dose of cute puppies!

OMG that video totally made me laugh. That is just so cute. Maybe Duke needs a golden lab to walk him on those days when I'm not feeling up to it.
