St. Patrick's Day Brings Out The Child In Me

Yes, yes...I know it isn't "technically" St. Patrick's Day yet.

But in T's world...Saturday was St. Patrick's Day :)

Here, have a look:

Remember that I told you about Smalltown, VA's St. Patrick's Day Parade & Festival?  It happened on Saturday.

I wasn't the only person who went overboard in their celebrating:

(my friend Ricky Bobby)

And here, look at this pup!

I'm happy to say that I survived another St. Patrick's Day Saturday Celebration.  I'm getting old.  I'm not sure how many more years of this I can handle :)

Since we're heading to The Greenbrier this weekend, I will most likely be packing on Thursday.  The REAL St. Patrick's Day

What will YOU be doing on Thursday?

Oh.mah.gosh! I absolutely loved the green dog! TOO funny! Looks like you had a great time (and you looked fabulous while doing so!)

Savannah does St. Patrick's Day right... in fact, everything shuts down here for it. We have one of the nation's largest St. Patrick's Day celebrations. Last week, they died Forsyth Fountain green and massive preparation has gone into getting things ready this week. :) You should consider celebrating it here!

Everyone is Irish on St. Patrick's day (or week), right!? There is an Irish pub in town that we will be hitting on Thursday for some drinks and live music - I may or may not have to buy that kilt for Husband. ;) Glad you had fun! XO

OMG. The dog is hysterical and I love the Nike shoes and socks with the kilt. I wonder if he had on a jockstrap?

Sounds like you ended up having a blast. I have a feeling this weekend will be much more low key! :)

We went out Saturday night too. Attempted to go to this one fest with a friend but we pulled up and there were a thousand people in line.
We hit up the wine shop nearby with others and ate wine and cheese instead.
Then..I ended up downtown with Brad.. fun but we weren't necessarily decked out in green. We have friends that want us to join them Thursday but it all remains to be seen.
Greenbrier will be awesome! Wonder if there's something 'big' planned for the trip?

What a great time. I love the guy's kilt!
We will probably stay home and relax. I think we are getting too old to party harty. I know how hard it is to catch up on sleep after a late night.
Have a wonderful time at the Greenbrier! Can't wait to hear about it!

Ahhh, love it! :) I was out as well. All day actually. It was exhausting!

I'm not sure what I'm doing Thursday, but I'm sure it will involve green beer!
