Westie Wednesday Take 2 - Pound Puppies

Many of you have messaged me saying that you want a dog.  Whether it's a westie or another type of dog, you want one :)  I think that's great, and I think you should drop evening and visit this site:

I received an e-mail from a charming gentleman named Jeff.  He works for Adopt a, and he wanted to know if Louis and I wanted to help get the word out about some westie pups that had been rescued.  They need good homes.

Well, what could we say?  Of course we wanted to help :)  I went to the link, and searched for a westie pup in my area.  Alas, no westies needing homes in Smalltown, VA.  BUT...this little guy caught my attention:

(i mean seriously?!?!?  have you ever seen anything so presh?!?!?!)

Adopt a has listings of pure bred dogs and pups, mutts and even cats!  Please do save them under your "favorites" if you think you may ever be looking to adopt.  Or, just stop back by this blog and check the sidebar.  There's a photo of Louis asking you to please rescue a pup :)  Just click on the photo and it will take you to to the site.

Jeff told me the following:

"You’ll never find a breeder listing animals on our site, or a store listing animals. We work strictly with shelters and rescues, and are extremely sensitive to emphasizing this on our website."

Louis and I aren't receiving a thing to tell you about Adopt a  Honestly.  It's just that these pets have been rescued.  Some from puppy mills!  How can you not want to give a Pound Puppy a second chance?

Thanks for listening.  Louis is really excited about the opportunity to help some homeless pups, and wants you to be excited too!

Please do let us know if you decide to give one of these pets a forever home :)  We'd love to send your new friend a "welcome home" prezzie!

Westie Licks,

T & Louis
